Residents of the Daudawa community in Faskari Local Government Area of Katsina State cannot access healthcare as the only hospital in their area has since collapsed.
This is even as the community residents say that is the only hospital they rely on for healthcare delivery.
Apart from the dilapidated nature of the hospital, it lacks personnel, equipment and needs urgent renovation and manpower.
Worse still, the Katsina state government in the last 10 years had allocated billions of naira to the health sector. Allocations that are yet to reflect in the lives of community residents.
