Children of Bilbis Faskari Local Government Area in Katsina State are learning sitting on the floor as the only school in the community is completely dilapidated which shows a lack of government presence in the community.
Worse still, in the year 2019, the Katsina state budgeted the sum of N144.7 Billion as her capital expenditure.
In the capital allocation, Katsina state government says, it will build schools and hospitals to show its commitment to human capital development, a claim that has since turned out to be untrue.
Bilbis is not the only community in Katsina with terrible dilapidated schools, across the state, there are many schools in both urban and rural communities where children learn under terrible condition as a result of their dilapidated nature.
This is even as Mr. Masari, the Katsina state Governor had claimed he spent over N10 billion on primary school benches across the state.
The Governor made this claim in an interview with Daily Trust when he was asked about his major achievements in his five years at the helm of affairs.
Tracka who exposed the terrible condition of the school has since appealed to the Katsina state government to fix the school to enable the children to learn under a better condition.
